Questions people ask.
What counts as a completed goal?
A goal a user typed that ended in a resolved state: the task was done, or the user was shown exactly where to go and confirmed it. Abandoned, blocked, or clarifying-question-only runs don't count.
Are model costs really included?
Yes. The decision model and the optional text model are part of the price. There is no per-token line on your bill.
What happens after the 30 days?
We send you a link to add a card. If you don't, the widget keeps working for a seven-day grace period and then stops making decisions; your data and configuration stay for 90 days.
What if we go over 2,500 goals?
Nothing stops. We'll get in touch to move you to a Team plan that fits. We never cut off your users mid-month without talking to you first.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes on the Team plan, and for annual Founder plans.
Is there a free tier?
No. Every app gets 30 days free with setup help, which is enough to see real numbers. After that, it's paid.
What about security and compliance?
The security model and data handling pages describe exactly what leaves the browser and where it goes. A DPA comes with the Team plan.
How do we cancel?
Remove the tag and email us, or turn billing off in the console once self-serve billing is live. No notice period. Partial months aren't refunded; annual plans are refunded pro rata.
