Design partner program
We're working with a small number of product and customer-success teams to put Ablehand in front of real users before launch. Free during the program; hands-on setup; a direct line to the people building it.
What Ablehand does
It's a chat box you add to your app with one script tag. When a user asks for something — "change my plan," "invite a teammate," "export last quarter" — it reads the live page, picks the next real control, and either shows the user the way or does it for them, in their own session, inside the guardrails you set. No flows to author, no selectors to maintain, nothing leaves the browser except the decision request.
What you get
- Setup done with you. We register your origins, configure guardrails and hints for your first tasks, and verify it on your staging site.
- Free for the duration, including the model costs.
- A weekly readout of what users asked, what resolved, and where they got stuck, plus the before/after metrics we agree on up front.
- Roadmap influence. Your misses become our next fixes; you see them land.
- Launch pricing locked in if you continue afterwards.
What we ask
- A real app with real users, on a scoped surface: one or two areas and three to five target tasks (onboarding steps, settings changes, support requests that generate tickets).
- Two weeks of baseline data before we turn it on, so the lift is measurable.
- A 30-minute call every week or two, and honest feedback.
- A short case study at the end if the results are good.

Commitments on our side
- Your users' data: only what the trust statement describes leaves the browser, and only to the listed subprocessors.
- You control the guardrails at all times and can turn it off by removing the tag.
- You can stop at any point; there's no contract to unwind.
